This experimental tool is designed to help you find bus routes between two points in Madurai, even when a direct bus isn't available. It can find routes that involve one bus change (an "interchange") at a major bus stop.

Important: This is a beta feature. The routes are computer-generated and may not always be the most efficient. It does not account for bus frequency, timing, or real-time changes. Always confirm with official sources where possible.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Enter Your Start and End Points

• In the first field, start typing the name of your origin bus stop. A list of suggestions will appear; you can click one to select it.
• In the second field, type the name of your destination bus stop and select it from the suggestions.

2. Find Routes

• Click the "Find Routes" button.
• The tool will search for both direct and single-interchange options.

3. Review the Results

The results are displayed in two sections:

A) Direct Routes Found

• If a direct bus is available, this section will appear first.
• The Recommended route is the direct bus with the fewest stops.
• Other direct buses are listed below. You can click on any of them to open a dialog showing the full stop list for that bus.

B) Routes with 1 Interchange

• This section appears if no direct buses are found, or if an interchange route is significantly better.
• Each card represents a different interchange point (e.g., "Change at PBS," "Change at Goripalayam").
• Inside each card, you will see two lists of buses:
  1. Buses to [Hub]: These are the buses you can take from your origin to the interchange point.
  2. Buses from [Hub]: These are the buses you can take from the interchange point to your final destination.
• You can click on any bus number in these lists to open a detailed view showing the route map for both legs of the journey.

4. View Detailed Route Information

• When you click on any bus number in the results, a dialog box will open.
• This dialog shows you the complete list of stops for the selected bus(es), with the relevant part of your journey highlighted.
• For interchange routes, it shows the stop lists for both the first and second buses, helping you visualize the entire trip.
